Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Vector account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what to know about your subscription first.
Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account is from inside the Vector app:
- Open Settings.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete account and confirm.
Once you confirm, we process the request and remove your account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Delete by request
If you can no longer sign in to the app, you can request deletion by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL] from the email address associated with your account. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes your account and associated Vector data from active systems, including your profile, trade records, behavioral data, settings, and custom labels. Limited information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Residual copies may remain in backup systems for a limited period and are removed or overwritten through ordinary backup-retention processes.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting your Vector account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so you must manage or cancel Vector Pro through Apple in your App Store subscription settings, before or after requesting deletion. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription either.
